ALLERGY ADVICE & INGREDIENTS

Our welshcakes are made in our kitchen at home, and as such, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.  We do not use any preservatives in our cakes so they are fresh and good to eat for a week if stored in an airtight container.

TRADITIONAL WELSHCAKES

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine. Raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Unsalted Butter (butter (MILK)). Sugar. Currants (currants, sunflower oil).  EGG. Baking Powder (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine). Raising Agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Ground Nutmeg.

 

 

MILK CHOCOLATE ORANGE WELSHCAKES

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine. Raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Unsalted Butter (butter (MILK)). Sugar. MILK chocolate flavoured with orange oil (sugar, cocoa mass, skimmed MILK powder, whey powder (from MILK), Vegetable fats (palm shea), MILK fat, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithins, E476),  orange oil, flavouring). EGG. Baking Powder (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine). Raising Agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate). 

 

 

DARK CHOCOLATE & FIREY GINGER WELSHCAKES

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine. Raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Unsalted Butter (butter (MILK)). Sugar. Dark Chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whey powder (from MILK), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithins)). Crystallised Stem Ginger (ginger, sugar, preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE). EGG. Baking Powder (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine). Raising Agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate).

 

 

WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine. Raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Unsalted Butter (butter (MILK)). Sugar. White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole MILK, Whey Powder (from MILK), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithins)). Raspberries (freeze dried crumbled raspberries). EGG. Baking Powder (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine). Raising Agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate).

VANILLA WELSHCAKES

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine. Raising agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate). Unsalted Butter (Butter (MILK)). Sugar. EGG. Baking Powder (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine). Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate). Vanilla Extract (vanilla extract, invert sugar syrup, water).

GLUTEN FREE TRADITIONAL WELSHCAKES

Flour blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat). Unsalted Butter (Butter (MILK)). Sugar. Currants (Currants, Sunflower Oil).  EGG. Xantham Gum. Gluten Free Baking Powder (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate). Ground Nutmeg.
